Responsibility

Juan Castillo is the Founder and Director of the AIFAnomaly Investigation Foundation, the organization’s highest-ranking official. He is responsible for overseeing all Foundation operations, setting strategic objectives, and ensuring the organization fulfills its mission to investigate, contain, and study anomalous phenomena.

He possesses final authority over every Foundation decision. All departments ultimately answer to him, and he establishes organizational doctrine, strategic priorities, and operational philosophy.

Personnel must contact him directly to obtain authorization for creating or dissolving departments, approving large-scale operations, and managing relations with governments and external organizations.

He also holds the title of Commander-in-Chief of the Foundation’s military and security forces, and even has his own secretive operative group, the SRSSpecial Response Squadron “Foundling Command,” which reports directly to him and him only.

Behavior and Personality

He is known for his calm and composed demeanor, even in high-pressure situations. He is highly analytical, often relying on data and expert opinions to make informed decisions. He seems to love his secretive nature, often only speaking a few words to the personnel.

He finds excitement in the technology the departments develop, often personally testing new equipment and devices. He is also known to be a perfectionist, expecting the same level of dedication and excellence from his team.

He is very tough on the people who work under him, such as the Foundling Command, often pushing them to their limits to ensure they are prepared for any world-ending situation. However, he is also known to be fair and just, rewarding those who demonstrate exceptional skill and dedication.
